INGREDIENTS
- paneer-200gm
- cornflour-2tbsp
- red chilli powder-1tsp
- green capsicum-1/2 cup
- onion-1/2 cup
- oil-2tbsp
- green chilli-1
- soya sauce-1tbsp
- red chilli sauce-1tsp
- tomato sauce-1tbsp
- ginger garlic-1tsp
- vinegar-1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE
- take cornflour,salt and red chilli powder,mix into the paneer and coat well some sprinkle of water.
- heat oil into the pan and fry paneer till golden brown.
- after frying paneer make a sauce.
- again heat a pan and put 2tbsp oil.
- then add 1 tsp ginger garlic,capsicum and onion and green chilli,saute well.
- then add soya sauce,tomato sauce and mix well.
- then put some water and mix well then add vinegar,red chilli sauce.
- then add fried paneer and saute well
- add salt to taste and also add cornflour mixture and mix well.
- sprinkle some spring onion.
- paneer chilli is ready to serve.
