CHOCOLATE BISCUIT CAKE WITH ENO||NO BAKING POWDER CAKE RECIPE||EASY CAKE RECIPE

This is the easiest cake which is made with biscuit.This chocolate cake is made with eno,that is no added baking powder,baking soda and maida.and the best part is for baking i have used idli maker,no oven kadahi are used in this recipe.after baking it comes very soft and fluffy and test is good.so this chrismas try definetly this chocolate cake,very easy and simple recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • Biscuit(any chcolate biscuit)-300gm(3 packet)
  • Sugar-2tbsp
  • Eno-1tsp
  • Oil-1/4cup
  • Milk-1/2 cup

METHOD


  1. Take a blender jar add biscuit and break them all,also add sugar.
  2. Blend properly to make a fine powder.
  3. Transefer into a glass bowl and add milk,mix well.
  4. Then add oil,mix well.
  5. Then add eno powder into a mixture and mix well.
  6. Cake batter is ready,then take a 4inch cake tin,grease properly with the help of brush or fingure.
  7. Take a idli maker and remove idli stand,in the centre spread salt and put the stand into the centre.
  8. Preheat idli maker for 5 min in mid to high flame.
  9. Then transfer the cake batter into the cake tin.
  10. After preheating the idli maker put the cake tin on the stand.
  11. Bake for 30-35 mins in mid flame.
  12. After 35 mins cake is ready.
  13. Check cake it is baked or not by toothpic or a knife.
  14. If cake is baked that is good if cake is not baked then again baked for more 5 mins.
  15. After coooling the cake then remove cake for cake tin.
  16. Also decorate with dry fruits.
  17. Serve and enjoyyyyyy...............
