EGGLESS VANILLA SPONGE CAKE WITHOUT OVEN||NO OVEN VANILLA CAKE||SPONGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • Maida-2cup
  • Condensed milk-400gm
  • Powder sugar-4tbsp
  • Baking powder-2tsp
  • Baking soda-1tsp
  • Vanilla essence-2tsp
  • Oil-1/2cup
  • Milk-1cup

METHODS

  1. Take a bowl and put wet ingredients like condensed milk,oil,milk and vanilla essence and mix well.
  2. Then sieve dry ingredients maida,baking powder,and baking soda.
  3. Mix all ingredients properly they are no lumbs inside into the batter.
  4. For best result use an electric hand mixer or hand manual whisker.
  5. Take a patila and a stand,put the stand into the centre of patila.
  6. Then preheat the patila for 5mins in midium flame.
  7. Then take a 8inch cake tin and grease and dust some maida or put butter paper into the tin in place of maida dust.
  8. Spread the batter into the cake tin properly.
  9. Tap 3-4 times because remove air bubbles.
  10. Put the cake tin into the preheated patila and cover the lid.
  11. And bake for 30-35 mins in midium flame.
  12. After 35 mins cake is ready.
  13. Cool down completly then remove the mould or unmould.
  14. Cake is ready to serve.
