Gobhi chilli is a delicious Chinese recipe made with gobhi, capsicum, onion, cornflour, maida and sauces. This gobhi chilli is one of the best I have been making at home for our meals. You will eat this recipe as a starter or snacks. It is quite simple to make and tastes delicious. We love the restaurant-style dishes with this mixture of sauces.




This gobhi chilli or Manchurian is one such dish which is loved each time in the home at the combination of noodles.

It goes so well as a side with noodles,ROTI,NAN,CHAPATIor even PLAIN PARATHA.

Gobgi chilli is one of the chinese style recipe that cooked with capsicum,onion and sauces.
This flavoreful and delicious gobhi recipe can be served with noodles,roti,chapati or nan.

INGREDIENTS(1CUP=200ML)

INGREDIENTS FOR GOBHI CHILLI
Gobhi(big size)-1
Capsicum-1/2cup
Onion-1/2cup
Garlic(chopped)-4-5
Green chilli(chopped)-3

FOR BATTER
Corn flour-1/3cup
Maida-2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
Black Papper-1tsp
Red food colour-a pinch
salt-1tsp

FOR SAUCE
Soya sauce-1tsp
Red chilli sauce-3tsp
Tomato sauce-3tsp
Vinegar-1tsp
Corn folur(2tsp)+water(1/4cup)=corn flour mixture

FOR FRYING
Oil

OPTIONAL
Red food colour-a pinch
capsicum(red,yellow)

HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE

Preparation for Gobhi chilli

  • Rinse well gobhi,and cut into the pieces.
  • capsicum and onion,cube them.
  • chop garlic and green chillies.


How to make gobhi chilli

  • cut the gobhi into the peices,keep aside.
  • next,make batter,take a bowl add corn flour,maida,ginger garlic paste,black papper,red food colour and salt.
  • add water to make a batter ,not so much thick and so runny.
  • add all cutting gobhi into the batter and coat well.
  • in a kadhai heat oil,fry gobhi pieces into the oil,do not over crowd.
  • after frying take out into the tissue paper to absorbe extra oil,keep aside.
  • next process is make a sauce,take a pan add 1tbsp oil,add chopped garlic and chopped green chilli,fry for some time.
  • after that add capsicum and onion,saute well.
  • then add vinegar,soya sauce,red chilli sauce and tomato sauce,mix well and fry for 1 min.
  • then add cornflour mixture, mix well.
  • add little water in sauce mixture to make runny,fry for 2 min.
  • add fried gobhi into the sauce,mix and fry for 1 min not to much because of its crispy gobhi chilli.
  • crispy gobhi chilli is ready to serve.
  • enjoy as a starter or snacks.
