INGREDIENTS
- Mushroom-200gm
- Cumin-1tsp
- Dalchini-1inch
- Black cardemom-1
- Green cardemom-3
- Laung-4
- Onion(chopped)-1/2cup
- Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
- Red chilli powder-2tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- Coriender pwder-2tsp
- Garam masala-1tsp
- Kasuri methi-1tsp
- Tomato puree-1/2cup
- Kaju paste(8-9)-1/4cup
- Curd-1/3cup
- Coriender leaves(chopped)-1/3cup
- Oil-1/3cup
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds,dalchini,black cardemom,green cardemom and laung,fry for some time.
- Then add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
- Next add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
- After that add spices like turmeric powder,red chilli powder and coriender powder and also add little water to avoid burning spices,fry for 3-4 mins.
- Then add tomato puree mix well and fry for 4-5 mins.
- Next you add kaju paste mix and fry till oil seprates.
- Then add curd and again fry for 2-3 mins.
- After mixing curd add garam masala and fry for 1 min i.s garam masala is combined well.
- After 1 min add 1/2cup water to gravy.if you take more gravy,you will add 3/4 or 1 cup of water.
- After adding water immidiately add kasuri methi and chopped coriender,mix well.
- Then cover the lid for 2 mins.
- After 2 mins open lid and mushroom masala is ready.
- Serve hot with chapati,nan,rice or kulcha.
